With a BS in biochemistry from the University of California Riverside and an MS in Teaching from Western Washington University, Kristin is a Washington state-certified teacher with endorsements in chemistry, biology, and general science.

Kristin's dedication to education is evident in her decade of teaching within public school districts, seven years of which she spent as an online instructor. Her passion for chemistry and commitment to her students' success make her an exceptional educator, especially in the homeschooling community.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kristin enjoys a variety of interests that enrich her life and provide balance. She loves coffee, hiking, camping, traveling, and mentoring teens.   1. Thanks for stepping up to provide our kids with what they actually need. I agree that ID is the best explanation for what we are seeing in nature and many scientists refuse to let the data take their theories in that direction. We accept intelligent agents in archeology and the SETI program, but never in biology or chemistry. It’s inconsistent.
