So you better believe, I have lots of ideas for how to keep my kids entertained without having to leave my home. And even better, these ideas are easy and quick to put together so my kids are having fun without me having to spend hours prepping and organizing.
One of our favorite summer activities is paper crafts. They're quick, keep the kids entertained for hours, and are very nice to my budget. All you need is some construction paper, scissors, glue, and markers, and you're ready to get crafting!

These summer paper crafts are good for all ages from preschool and up. Most do require the use of scissors, markers, and glue, however.
If your kids aren't quite able to use those materials safely, they'll probably need some supervision. Otherwise, these summer crafts are easy peasy and lots of fun!
1.) Fruit Paper Fan Craft for Kids by Sew Crafty Me
If you're looking for something cute, fun and that will also help keep you cool this summer, this little project is a great one to check out. All you need is construction paper, markers, glue, and some popsicle sticks.
