Ann’s Fillable PDF Homeschool Transcript Template
Why waste hours creating a format for your teen’s transcript when you can get a homeschool transcript template that is pre-made?
Easily input all of the data by tabbing from square to square!
When others say they have a transcript template, they usually only have something to show you, something that you can attempt to copy with your own computer/spreadsheet/word-processing know-how (or lack thereof). My homeschool transcript template is a complete PDF already formatted into a beautiful (if I do say so myself) document that is just waiting for you to fill in your own teen’s courses, grades, and credits.
As seen on:
Why THIS transcript template?
Works on either PC or Mac.
Because this form is a fillable PDF, you are not excluded by being either a PC or Mac user. All you need is a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader. (For Mac, do NOT use Preview.)
No crazy computer skills needed.
Many other homeschool transcript templates are created with specialized software such as Excel or Word, which you might not own, or you might not have the skills to use. My template is super easy; no expert knowledge required.. Just download, make a copy, and start typing!
Displays both semester AND subject listings.
The first two pages of this transcript form are semester-based course listings. The third page is a by-subject summary of credits earned, so the college can see at a glance whether their admissions were met. You get the best of both worlds!
Records 8th-grade credits.
I personally don’t recommend giving credit for high school in 7th grade or below, but this form includes a way to show that your teen did high school in 8th grade. No credits before 9th grade? Just ignore that part!
Includes complete instructions.
This form does not calculate the GPA for you, but it does give you detailed instructions for how to do it yourself. Also included are step-by-step directions for filling out the form.**Also included are TWO copies of the transcript, one for before graduation (to send with college applications) and one for after graduation (to send to the college your teen decides to go to). These transcripts auto-populate one another, so as you type in one of them, the other is also completed. Nifty!
Customer service from ME.
I’m a one-woman show, y’all. If you have a problem with this transcript form, just shoot me an email at ann (at) annieandeverything.com, and I will help. No one else. Just me, the creator of the form, AND the person who will give a full refund if you are not satisfied (although I can’t remember that ever happening, tbh).
What Homeschool Moms Are Saying:
I am not terribly tech savvy….as in virtually NOT tech savvy at all! Thank you again! I can’t imagine having to do that transcript from scratch!
A few days ago, my oldest son decided he was ready to send in a few college applications, and he needed his transcript, PRONTO. I am terrible with a computer and did not have time to come up with my own spreadsheet, so I decided to buy your PDF fillable transcript form. It was worth every penny. All I had to do was type in my son’s info, easy peasy. (Except I tweaked it for about three days, but that’s another story!) Thank you so much, Ann, for making this one thing in my life easier.
I looked at other transcripts, but I just like the way yours is set up plus the helpful directions and sample transcript. Thanks again!
I was put at great ease after downloading Ann’s fillable high school transcript. Not only do you get a nicely laid out transcript to fill out, but she also leads you step by step on how to fill it out.(That’s was a big help if you’re like me and require some hand holding.) I also appreciated the sample she included. It was great reassurance that I was filling it out correctly. I had bought books and downloaded transcripts in the past but the task seemed so daunting that I never used them. Thanks to Ann, I can say that is one thing that is off my to do list.
Save yourself some serious struggle and get the pre-made template.
Sure, you can do it yourself, but that’s true for a lot of things. For instance, you can make chocolate chip cookies by yourself, too — but the slice-and-bake kind are A LOT easier and quicker, and sometimes even more tasty! Am I right? (Do we want to talk about making clothes for your family? Or repairing your own car? Or building your own house?) FOR SOME THINGS IT JUST MAKES SENSE TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE HARD PART SO YOU CAN GET ON WITH YOUR LIFE. Just sayin’.
