I still have sand on my feet and novels in my purse. I’m not quite ready to hit the academic trail yet! Anyone else with me?
And yet…there’s something I absolutely love about this time of year.
I love making a plan. I love dreaming about the year ahead and preparing for another season of learning alongside my kids. I love the memories made in the kitchen as we cook, clean up, and laugh together. I love great books that spark conversations, challenge our thinking, and stay with us long after we’ve turned the last page.
Most of all, I love investing in these beautiful souls I get to call my children.
It’s going to be a great year.
